| First off, we want to thank you for coming to play with us in Chaffee County, Colorado! We love it here and hope you will too. There are tons of things to do off the field like camping, hiking, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, skateboarding, fishing, etc. There are a variety of things to do for the kids, parents, and grand parents. Salida has a downtown historic district with tons of art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Try our local dinning or visit one of the many fast food places. We have a number of hotels, motels, and bed-n-breakfasts for you to stay in. If you're brave enough, we also have some of the most scenic campgrounds around the state.
